Windsor’s New Sports Complex Inks Deal With Biker Jim’s

Northern Colorado's brand-new premium multi-sports complex just signed a hot partnership with a popular Colorado hot dog eatery.

Windsor's Future Legends Complex will soon be home to Biker Jim’s Gourmet Dogs, a Denver-based hot dog eatery that has been featured on shows like CBS’ The Talk and Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations, and whose products can be found at various Colorado sports/entertainment venues such as Coors Field, Red Rocks, Empower Field at Mile High Stadium, and Levitt Pavilion.

Biker Jim's newest location at Windsor's Future Legends Complex is set to open in 2023, according to a recent press release from Future Legends.

The Future Legends restaurant will be the first Biker Jim’s to open in Northern Colorado.

“Future Legends is so fortunate to connect with the Biker Jim’s brand,” said Future Legends Complex managing member Jeff Katofsky, as per the press release.

“It is vital to our mission to our fans to provide only the best at our venue. An iconic Colorado dog from Biker Jim’s helps us meet that goal.”

Biker Jim’s Gourmet Dogs in Windsor will reportedly be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a full bar. New menu items will be introduced, and multiple items will be only offered at the new Northern Colorado location.

Take-out, catering and special events will be happening as early as fall 2022, with additional information announced on Biker Jim’s Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook pages, the press release from Future Legends noted.

“We are excited to bring a twist to our gourmet dogs to Northern Colorado and be part of the Legends Sports Complex,” said Pittenger. “Our new location at the Future Legends Sports Complex will become our signature location. We are so excited to be a part of the complex and support the sports teams and the youth programs. Being a part of the community is what we are about, so keep an eye out for Biker Jim’s!”

The 118-acre Future Legends Complex will feature two stadiums, multiple baseball diamonds and multi-purpose fields, an indoor sports arena, lodging, and retail; and will host guests for major sports tournaments, events, leagues, and more.
