New Colorado Law: Drivers Can’t Pass Snow Plows in this Formation [WATCH]

Now, there is a new Colorado law that prohibits drivers from passing plows in an echelon formation.

When in the echelon formation, plows can efficiently plow the highway and clear the roads for drivers.
