Well, the Centennial State isn't stopping there. There's another schoolhouse-turned-home on the market in Hereford, an unincorporated community in Weld County.

According to Zillow, architect John Shellette Van Bergen, known for his work with Frank Lloyd Wright, built the Hereford Schoolhouse at 67300 Circle Dr. in the 1920s.

Since then, the residence has undergone a complete renovation — it now boasts large windows, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and French doors. Features like claw foot tubs and antique coal stoves help to preserve the home's historic charm.

Outside, the property covers three acres near the Pawnee National Grassland, which the listing says is "known for first-class bird watching with over 300 species in the area."
