For the thrill-seeker in you, the Terror-dactyl swing ride will either be complete ecstasy or absolute terror.

The ride can be found at Cave of the Winds, which has become much more than a spelunker's underground paradise. The park at Manitou Springs near Colorado Springs offers plenty of attractions to appeal to big kids as well as little kids.

To board the Terror-dactyl, you'll find your self at the edge of a 200-foot cliff. Riders are launched into the canyon at nearly 100 mph to free fall some 150 feet.

As you can see from the video, there is quite a mixed reaction from the rides. Some people look like they are seeing the devil himself, while others look like they just got the golden ticket to the chocolate factory.

They do mention on their website that you are "securely" fastened. That is good to know! So, if you are brave and daring enough, buckle up and get ready for the terrifying Terror-dactyl.
