One of the busiest streets in Windsor is 7th Street. Thousands of cars must travel along it everyday, whether just in town, or to-and-from Highway 34.

The City of Loveland will be closing 4th between Garfield and Railroad to motor traffic, for what could be eight months, but at least six at the minimum.
