Not only is it the biggest, but it's also the best car show of the year in Colorado.

Goodguys 22nd Colorado Nationals happens September 6-8 in Loveland and it's the granddaddy of Colorado car shows. Whether you want to look at classic cars, display one, or buy one, this is the place for you.

For starters, you are going to find more than 2,000 classic cars, hot rods, customs, muscle cars, and trucks through 1987. It could easily take half a day to see them all. But, this car show is more than just admiring some great-looking wheels.

The Goodguys AutoCross is part of the weekend event. This is an entertaining event featuring drivers competing for the fastest time on tight street courses - while trying to avoid the cones.

There are plenty of other attractions for car-loving enthusiasts at the Goodguys Colorado Nationals.

* Vendor & Manufacturer Exhibits
* A Nitro Thunderfest Dragster Exhibition
* Classic Car Auction
* Burnout Competition
* Swap Meet
* Cars 4 Sale Corral
* Model and Pedal Car Show
* Live musical entertainment
* Kids one with free arts and crafts, games, and prizes

Of course, you wouldn't expect an event like this to be free, and it's not. You can buy tickets in advance for $20, otherwise, it's $25 at the gate, and $10 for kids ages 7-12.

The Goodguys 22nd Colorado Nationals is held at the Ranch Events Complex in Loveland. If your family loves classic car shows, this is one you don't want to miss.
