Baseball is officially back in Grand Junction and here's what you need to know about getting tickets for the Alpine Bank Junior College World Series.

It was such a huge disappointment last year when the Junior College World Series in Grand Junction had to be scrapped because of the coronavirus pandemic. JUCO is one of the great traditions in Grand Junction and thousands of baseball fans felt the jolt of not being able to enjoy the annual championship. Well, JUCO is back and tickets are now on sale.

According to a JUCO press release, the Mesa County Health Department has given the go-ahead to hold the annual baseball tournament from May 29 until June 5 at Suplizio Field.

JUCO Tickets Now On Sale

Tickets for the JUCO World Series officially went on sale Wednesday at 6:00 a.m. and are only available online at jucogj.org. Those that do not have computer access can call the JUCO office at 970-245-9166.

JUCO Ticket Options

Earlier seating restrictions have been relaxed which means fans can get reserved or general admission passes, and a "day pass" has been added for those who want to attend games on a particular day.

Fans will receive individual tickets for each game, which can be either emailed or downloaded to a smartphone. Tickets can be printed and scanned at the game or can be scanned on your smartphone. Electronic tickets can be shared with friends and family, but, of course, each ticket can only be scanned one time.
