Comic conventions have become extremely popular in recent years and serve as mass gathering places for fans of superheroes, fantasy and horror movies, video games, and much more.

One of the best things about attending one of these conventions is the people-watching. In case you're new to the world of comic conventions, it's at these gatherings that the majority of attendees will show up dressed to the nines, usually wearing a costume based on a popular character from any of the franchises celebrated at these types of events.
The biggest comic convention of 2024 in Colorado took place back in July in the form of the Fan Expo, but last month saw the return of the Colorado Springs Comic Con and there was no shortage of fun, impressive, and sometimes wacky costumes.
Crazy + Cool Cosplay at Recent Colorado Comic Con
The most recent Comic Con to come to Colorado took place between the dates of August 15th and 17th, 2024 at the Broadmoor World Arena in Colorado Springs.
Like any other convention dedicated to superhero, fantasy, sci-fi, or horror franchises, the recent Colorado Springs Comic Con saw hordes of people dressed as characters from Star Wars, the Marvel Comic Universe, the DC Comics Universe, various popular video games, and much more.
