According to the plans, the area that the Dark Horse has called home for nearly half a century would become what’s being called Williams Village II and would see the restaurant torn down in favor of six new buildings in a total of three phases.

The concept comes from The Williams Family who have partnered with Morgan Creek Ventures and Coburn Architecture which shows that the area would replace the Dark Horse and surrounding buildings with residential and commercial buildings to include student housing, a hotel, a restaurant, and a parking garage.
