Good vibes can really brighten your week. Don't you love it when you meet someone and you can literally feel the good vibes? Judging by the results of a recent poll, Colorado as a whole gives off some of the best vibes in the nation.

The website Ranker asked, "Which States Give Off the Worst Vibes." With a survey such of this, being bad is good. Colorado is near the bottom of the list when it comes to giving off bad vibes, which means we must be sending out positive vibes.

Giving Off Good Vibrations In Colorado

What does it mean when someone says they're picking up on "good vibes"? The website Jayde Archives writes:

If someone has good vibes, it means they are creating positive emotion/thought vibrations. When you vibe well with someone it means that you are both creating similar emotion/thought vibrations (these could be positive or negative vibrations). You know that saying “on the same wave length” – it makes perfect sense now right?

 

The Beach Boys' Take On The Matter

The website Shmoop... seriously, there's a website called Shmoop, that offers this explanation of the meaning of "good vibrations."

Brian Wilson (Beach Boys) later explained that the song [Good Vibrations} was rooted in his childhood. His mother had talked to him about vibrations: invisible forces that filled the air. She illustrated the lesson by pointing out that dogs barked at some people and not others because they picked up "bad vibrations" from them.

Colorado Performing Strongly, or Weakly, Depending On How You Look At It

Ranker is conducting a survey as we speak. The site asks, "Which States Give Off The Worst Vibes?"  The site continues, "Whether a state makes you feel unwelcome, gives you the willies, or is just plain terrible, the overall takeaway is as simple as this - it just gives off bad vibes. Let us know which states send your bad vibe detector off the charts."

As of 10:25 a.m. Mountain Time on Thursday, September 14, 2023, the magnificent state of Colorado is ranked at #45 on the list of states giving off the worst vibes. With that, we have 44 states giving off lousier vibes than the Centennial State.

Have you ever visited a clothing-optional hot springs in Colorado? Judging by the web traffic, they're incredibly popular. A large percentage of the population loves them and looks forward to any chance to visit. On the other hand, there are those who've had bad experiences, and have little if anything good to say.

Here's a number of nasty 1-star reviews of various clothing-optional hot springs located in Colorado. These reviews are pulled from sites such as Tripadvisor and Google. The reviews are copied in their original form, typos and all. The one exception would be the elimination of the facilities name. The proper names of the individual hot springs have been removed.
