Colorado's Costila County might be the poorest in Colorado, but at least they don't have to worry about people calling them the drunkest. The county reports 14.63% of residents as 'excessive drinkers' which is the lowest in the state of Colorado.
Shout out to Delta, Colorado, for making the list of driest counties in the state. Delta County ended up as the 8th driest county in the state with only 16.48% of residents landing in the category of excessive drinkers.
