Smoothie Shop Becomes Burrito Spot in Northern Colorado
Momma Perez Burritos opened up its first full-blown restaurant in Fort Collins in December of 2024, after having operated as a food truck operation for over eight years. They're located at 1112 Oakridge Drive, Suite 112, where a Berry Blendz used to be.

This is a great location, as it's easy to get to (off of Lemay and Harmony,) and there aren't many Mexican restaurants in that area. Plus, with all the fans of the Momma Perez Burritos food truck has, they'll be eager to see the restaurant.
This could be the first of many Momma Perez Burritos locations across Northern Colorado. Who know- they could end of all of Colorado and the nation. Good food and hard work can lead to a lot.
