Northern Colorado has many great breweries. Many of these breweries are operated and owned locally. I recently heard somebody call Northern Colorado the "wine country" of beer.

Greeley’s Rule105 Brewing Is Officially for Sale

Rule105 Brewing on West 10th Street in Greeley is up for sale. The social media post describes the space and all of the accommodations that would be provided for the buyer. They also note that Rule105 is canned and already distributed across Northern Colorado.

Rule105 Brewing Owners Plan to Sell by 2026

The post explains that Mike and Kristie, the current owners of Greeley's Rule105 Brewing are looking to sell their business by January of 2026.

Turn-Key Opportunity for Northern Colorado Beer Lovers

They say that the business is turn-key and will be an easy transition. They also explained their reasoning for wanting to sell the business was due to Mike and Kristie's goal to retire and move to Nebraska to be closer to their grandchildren.

Owners Hope to Keep Rule105 Brewing in NoCo

By looking at the social media post it seems like the current owners want to keep Rule105 in Northern Colorado, but they are just simply looking to start a new chapter in their life and pass the keys to somebody else in Northern Colorado.
