I do not mean to knock Asian restaurants in Fort Collins. I just haven't found the right place for me that can satisfy what I am looking for. I will admit I am a bit annoying, and I can be a bit of a food snob.

I have been on a mission to find a great Mongolian beef plate. My mission has been disappointing thus far.

Luckily, I found a Reddit post on r/FortCollins. The user is trying to find a new go-to restaurant because their favorite Asian cuisine, Hot Wok Cafe, was shut down last December.

The user asked where the best spots were. And boy, Reddit users in Fort Collins did not disappoint.
