Do you like to bike ride? Do you like your rides to have a little intensity?

Then the Grand Junction Off-Road is going to be your spring event this year!

May 19 and 20 you will ride up, up onto the Uncompahgre Plateau and bike 15 or 30 or maybe even 40 miles on single and double track trails, gravel roads and even some blacktop.

In an effort to highlight the impressive trail system in Grand Junction, the ride will include some amazing views and a little less challenging ride for the participants who are looking for the enjoyment of the ride more than the challenge.

Gunny Loop, Holy Bucket to Coyote Ridge and the Ali Loop to Ali Alley are the recent additions to the fifth annual ride.

New, updated info on the courses as well as maps are available on the website when you go to register.

If riding is your thing and you love the scenery, the camaraderie of other riders and that overall feeling of accomplishment, this is something you should check in to.

And for finishing, you will receive an engraved stemless wine glass with the miles you completed on it! Not to mention the ice cold beer waiting for you at the finish.

We will see you out on the trails May 19 and 20.
