1996 was not the best year at the box office for comedies. It was the year of Cable Guy with Jim Carrey, Marz Attacks, Kingpin, Multiplicity, and a few others. It was ok. Then we get this goofy golf comedy out of nowhere and it becomes one of the most remembered films of that year. We're talking about "Happy Gilmore" which starred Adam Sandler.

Check Out Colorado Gators Reptile Park in Mosca, Colorado

Colorado Gators Reptile Park is located south of Grand Junction down near the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve in Mosca, Colorado. The trip is about 250 miles from Grand Junction.

Gators Reptile Park is home to Morris the Alligator (tap this link to see a video of Morris being fed). This special reptile starred as the beast in 'Happy Gilmore' that savaged Golf Club Pro Chubbs Petterson and bit off his hand. Chubbs was said to have been the next Arnold Palmer.
