According to Zillow, the residence, located at 1440 Colt Circle, boasts six bedrooms, five bathrooms (including a remodeled master), a finished basement, refinished hardwood floors, new granite countertops, an updated kitchen, and vaulted ceilings.
At 6,200 square feet, the property also features multiple fireplaces, a wet bar, jetted bathroom tubs, a hot tub, a spiral staircase, a getaway loft, a movie theater, walk-in closets, and walk-in showers.
Outside, the house offers a covered patio, access to equestrian trails, and an "expansive" deck perfect for showcasing Castle Rock's colorful sunsets.
