For the Rams, this weekend is all about redemption.

We're entering into another full weekend of college football. The beginning of the season is reserved for non-conference games. Essentially, these games are meant to give a team in-game experience without the weight of conference play looming overhead. However, not all of these games are a walk in the park. Some games are all about bragging rights.

Unfortunately, that game was last week for Colorado State and they fell 52-31 to Colorado.

It's not the way you want to start the season and it's certainly not how you want to show up against your in-state rival. However, the season is still young. Not to mention, sometimes it takes a loss to reveal a team's weak spots and show a squad what they're made of. I've got nothing but confidence in our Rams moving forward.

Some bright spots from the game include Dante Wright scoring both a rushing and receiving touchdown. Quarterback Collin Hill also threw for 374 yards and three touchdowns.

Hopefully the offense can roll again Saturday.
