The art exhibit is called "We Have a Story: Homelessness in Colorado Springs" and is the brainchild of the Pikes Peak Library District based out of Colorado Springs.

The idea began last year with members of the library district teaching four different Coloradans experiencing homelessness a lesson on photography, then giving them cameras to document their lives. To be more specific, the individuals were asked to portray "what it means to be homeless" via photographs.
