Having In-N-Out, a well-known, respected, family-owned business chose Loveland as part of its Colorado expansion is an honor for our City and our community.

In-N-Out Burger brings a lot of traffic. How is it going to work?

Loveland's Certerra is known to be a bit hectic in the area that In-N-Out Burger will call home. What will be done about the additional traffic that In-N-Out Burger is known to bring to its Colorado locations?

The press release from the City of Loveland confirmed that there would indeed be a traffic management plan in place for Lovleand's In-N-Out Burger at  1450 Fall River Drive.

The City’s goal is to keep our community moving with effective traffic management. In addition to best practices shared by In-N-Out, our team proactively reached out to other Colorado In-N-Out cities for insight to bring to the table.

Nicole Hahn, City of Loveland Engineer, said.

The In-N-Out Burger team collaborated with the City of Loveland and the Colorado Department of Transportation throughout the design process to manage anticipated traffic patterns at In-N-Out Burger. This design process included traffic flows for opening day and other operating day traffic managing plans.

Hahn mentioned that other communities that have an In-N-Out Burger had traffic volumes the most impactful during opening week. Loveland City Staff will be monitoring traffic flows during the opening weeks ahead for In-n-Out Burger.

There you have it. The City of Loveland has approved Northern Colorado's very first In-N-Out Burger. No more speculating on whether or not Northern Colorado will get an In-N-Out Burger. All we have to do is wait for construction to be complete and for the In-N-Out Burger to open at 1450 Fall River Drive in Loveland.
