The hits keep coming for the Denver Broncos team in 2020.

According to the NFL, this time the setback comes in the form of a six-game suspension for starting cornerback A.J. Bouye for PED use and violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

According to sources, Bouye received the substance in question from the same medical professional that provided it to a couple of other players in the league, leading to their subsequent suspensions as well (Will Fuller and Bradley Roby from the Houston Texans).

The suspension means that Bouye will miss the final four games of the 2020 season and the first two regular season games for 2021. However, he will be able to participate in off-season programs, training camp and preseason games next year.
